Courtois SA: Update of voting rights as of April 30, 2025

Courtois SA, located in Toulouse, has published a press release regarding the distribution of its voting rights as of April 30, 2025. The total number of shares outstanding remains stable at 72,780. To date, the total number of gross voting rights registered stands at 137,085, while exercisable voting rights amount to 136,662, after deduction of the 423 shares deprived of voting rights.

Courtois SA continues to comply with Article 10 of its articles of association, which requires any shareholder holding 0.5% of the capital to inform the company of any changes. Failure to comply results in the loss of voting rights for these shares for a period of two years.
