COURTOIS SA: Update on voting rights
Courtois SA has published an update regarding the breakdown of its voting rights as of September 30, 2026. The company, based in Toulouse, indicates that the total number of shares in circulation remains stable at 72,780 since the capital observation in October 2019.
The total number of gross voting rights is 140,763. Of these, 67,983 shares have double voting rights. However, 423 shares are without voting rights, reducing the exercisable voting rights to 140,340.
In accordance with its bylaws, Courtois requires any person or entity whose shareholding exceeds or falls below 0.5% of the share capital or voting rights to report their ownership. Failure to comply with this requirement results in the loss of voting rights for the shares concerned for two years.
