Covestro AG CEO Markus Steilemann to Step Down in 2028
Covestro AG has announced that its Chief Executive Officer, Dr Markus Steilemann, will not extend his contract beyond May 31, 2028. Dr Steilemann informed the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of his decision, indicating he would not serve another term. The Supervisory Board plans to begin a structured succession process to find a new CEO.
