Covivio's Half-Yearly Liquidity Report Update
On July 7, 2025, Covivio released its half-yearly liquidity report for the period ending June 30, 2025. Under a contract with BNP Paribas Financial Markets, the company's liquidity account included 77,775 Covivio shares and €5,920,719.
Throughout the first half of 2025, Covivio conducted transactions involving 402,945 shares purchased at €20,228,904 through 3,251 transactions. Simultaneously, they sold 426,032 shares for €21,539,336, completing 3,460 transactions.
At the start of the liquidity contract with BNP Paribas on the contract's effective date, Covivio had 63,343 shares and €4,610,245 in its liquidity account. This arrangement, initially with Exane, transitioned to BNP Paribas Financial Markets as of October 23, 2023.
