Covivio Hotels: Information on voting rights and shares

On March 2, 2026, Covivio Hotels published information on the composition of its share capital. As of February 27, 2026, the total number of shares comprising the company's share capital was 157,990,312. The total number of theoretical voting rights was also 157,990,312. However, the number of exercisable voting rights was slightly lower, at 157,982,907. This difference is due to 7,405 treasury shares, which are deprived of voting rights in accordance with Article L. 225-210 of the French Commercial Code.

Covivio Hotels provides this information in accordance with the legal obligations set out in Article L. 233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the General Regulation of the French Financial Markets Authority.
