Covivio Hotels: Publication of the Number of Voting Rights and Shares
Covivio Hotels has released figures relating to its share capital as of June 30, 2026. The total number of shares comprising the share capital is 157,990,312. As for voting rights, the theoretical number is also 157,990,312.
However, the number of exercisable voting rights is slightly lower, amounting to 157,982,412. This difference is due to 7,900 treasury shares, deprived of voting rights in accordance with Article L. 225-210 of the Commercial Code.
