Covivio Updates on Voting Rights and Share Capital

On July 2, 2025, Covivio reported the details of its share capital and voting rights as of June 30, 2025. The total number of shares stands at 111,623,468, matching the theoretical voting rights. However, exercisable voting rights are slightly lower at 110,802,292. This difference arises due to 821,176 treasury shares, which are non-voting under Article L. 225-210 of the French Commercial Code.
Covivio’s Articles of Association incorporate a clause about threshold crossing notifications, beyond legal requirements. Any entity hitting or crossing a multiple of 1% of the share capital or voting rights must inform Covivio. This ensures transparency and compliance in shareholder communications.
Failure to declare such holdings may result in suspension of voting rights for up to two years. This reflects Covivio's commitment to regulatory adherence and stakeholder engagement.
