CPI Europe AG Sells Assets Worth Over €165 Million
CPI Europe AG has completed the disposal of assets exceeding €165 million. In Budapest, the company sold the Budapest Marriott Hotel to a consortium of Hungarian investors. This transaction, valued at over €115 million, was conducted through an international tender, where the BDPST Group and Diorit Private Equity Fund emerged as successful bidders. The deal is pending typical closing conditions, such as regulatory approvals.
In Bucharest, CPI Europe completed a partial sale of the IRIDE Business Park alongside two land plots to ALFA Group, with a transaction total surpassing €50 million. These moves align with CPI Europe's strategy to divest lower-yielding or non-strategic assets, with further updates expected in the coming months.
