Crédit Agricole Atlantique Vendée: Certificate Buyback Program
The Crédit Agricole Atlantique Vendée regional bank is proposing a buyback program for its Cooperative Investment Certificates (CCI). This program, which must be approved by the combined general meeting on March 20, 2026, aims to achieve several objectives.
Currently, the fund holds 4,801 CCIs, representing 0.40% of the total. No CCIs are intended for cancellation; all are allocated to the secondary market. The authorization includes the possibility of acquiring up to 9.59% of the CCIs, or 115,453 securities.
The relevant Chambers of Commerce and Industry (CCIs) are listed on Euronext Paris, with a maximum purchase price of €200 per share. The program is scheduled to be implemented for a maximum of 18 months from the date of approval.
