Weekly Transactions on Crédit Agricole Toulouse Cooperative Investment Certificates
The Caisse Régionale de Crédit Agricole Mutuel Toulouse 31 has published its weekly statement of transactions on Cooperative Investment Certificates (CCI) for the period from 19 to 23 October 2026. The transactions are part of the buyback program authorized by the General Meeting of 27 March 2026, aimed at the cancellation of the shares.
On the XPAR market, a total of 543 CCI shares were acquired over five days. The purchase price fluctuated between €97.704603 and €100 per share. These transactions, carried out by Kepler Cheuvreux, demonstrate a sustained capital adjustment strategy.
This buyback program illustrates Crédit Agricole Toulouse's desire to strengthen its position while optimizing its capital structure.
