Crédit Agricole Ille-et-Vilaine: Cooperative Investment Certificate Redemption Program
Crédit Agricole d'Ille-et-Vilaine has unveiled the details of its cooperative investment certificate (CIC) buyback program, approved at the general meeting on March 27, 2025. This program is aligned with Article 241-2 of the Financial Markets Authority (Autorité des Marchés Financiers). Currently, the regional bank holds 32,586 CCIs, representing 1.45% of its share capital. Of this total, 12,482 CCIs are under a liquidity contract with Kepler Cheuvreux, and 20,104 are earmarked for cancellation.
The program authorizes the repurchase of CCIs on the stock exchange, with a maximum of 10% of the share capital, or 224,277 shares. These CCIs are listed on Euronext Paris, with a purchase price capped at €150 per share. The validity of this program is set at 18 months, until September 27, 2026.
