Crédit Agricole SA announced a reduction in its share capital by cancelling 31,999,995 treasury shares, representing approximately 1.05% of the share capital. This reduction, decided by the Board of Directors on October 6, 2026, followed authorization by the Shareholders' Meeting of May 20, 2026.

The share buyback program was implemented to offset the dilutive effect of the employee share capital increase. The cancelled shares were repurchased between August 10 and September 23, 2026, for a total of €605,540,453.

Following these cancellations, the share capital now amounts to 9,077,707,050 euros, consisting of 3,025,902,350 shares, part of which is still treasury-owned under a liquidity contract with Kepler Cheuvreux.
