Crédit Agricole S.A. has declared the redemption of its EUR 750,000,000 Subordinated Fixed Rate Resettable Notes. Issued on June 5, 2020, these notes will be redeemed on June 5, 2025. The redemption follows Condition 6(e) from the notes' terms, stating redemption at the issuer's option. The process, detailed in the base prospectus from April 9, 2020, ensures the redemption at the outstanding nominal amount, including accrued interest.
On the redemption date, as per Condition 5(h), the notes will cease to accrue interest, with full payment as outlined in Condition 7. The redemption aligns with Crédit Agricole's strategy to effectively manage its financial obligations and capital structure.
