Crédit Agricole S.A. Redeems ¥14.5 Billion Bonds
Crédit Agricole S.A. has announced the redemption of its ¥14,500,000,000 Japanese Yen Callable Senior Non-Preferred Bonds. These bonds, issued on June 13, 2023, will be redeemed on June 11, 2026. The redemption price is set at 100% of the principal amount, including any accrued interest up to the redemption date. As per the bond conditions, interest on these bonds will cease after the redemption date, assuming no payment issues occur.
Bondholders will receive a formal redemption notice, detailing further instructions in line with the bond conditions. Crédit Agricole emphasized that the press release is neither an offer to sell bonds nor a solicitation to buy them in jurisdictions like the USA, Canada, Australia, or Japan, highlighting legal distribution restrictions.
