Crédit Agricole issues €324 million in Senior Bonds
Crédit Agricole SA has finalized the issuance of its Senior Preferred Bonds, totaling €324,938,320. These bonds, with a fixed interest rate of 3.65%, have a maturity date from July 2026 to July 2036. The press release specifies that the bonds were approved by the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) under number 25-344, dated August 14, 2025. The issuance was initially planned for a nominal amount of €50 million, with a potential target of up to €500 million.
