Crédit Agricole SA repays its SNP fixed-rate adjustable bonds
Crédit Agricole SA has announced the early repayment of its senior non-preferred bonds. These bonds, issued on November 29, 2022, for a total amount of £750 million, will be repaid on November 29, 2026. The amount includes all accrued interest.
The terms and conditions of redemption were established in accordance with Condition 7(e) of the Base Prospectus dated April 8, 2022. These bonds will cease to accrue interest on the redemption date. However, actual payment to the bondholders will be made on November 30, 2026, due to the weekend.
No public offering of these bonds is announced or solicited in this communication, which remains informal and does not require a new prospectus. Legal restrictions apply to the distribution of this announcement in certain jurisdictions.
