Banque Fédérative du Crédit Mutuel Announces Redemption of Notes

Banque Fédérative du Crédit Mutuel (BFCM) has announced its decision to exercise the issuer call option for its €750,000,000 Undated Deeply Subordinated Fixed to Floating Rate Notes, identified by ISIN XS0207764712. The issuer call option, as outlined in the terms and conditions, allows BFCM to redeem the notes in full.

The redemption is scheduled for 16 June, 2025. On this date, the notes will be cancelled through the Central Securities Depository under the management of BNP Paribas, acting as the Fiscal Agent, Principal Paying Agent, and Listing Agent. The optional redemption amount is set at EUR 1,000 per denomination.
