BNP Paribas Home Loan SFH Financial Performance as of June 2026

BNP Paribas Home Loan SFH reported a net income of €3.1 million for the first half of 2026, reflecting a decrease from the previous year's figure of €6.6 million. Despite an increase in net banking income to €4.95 million, operating income fell to €4.12 million.

The balance sheet reflects total assets of €35.9 billion, a marginal rise from €35.4 billion in December 2025. A significant portion of assets was constituted by receivables due from credit institutions amounting to €35.9 billion. Liabilities saw a shift, with debts represented by securities increasing to €35.2 billion. Shareholders' equity slightly decreased to €290.8 million, from €293.9 million at the end of 2025.

The cash flow statement indicates a net cash outflow of €3 million, largely driven by a decrease in cash flow from operating activities.
