Caisse des Dépôts adjusts its Negotiable Securities Program

The Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations (CDC) has presented its fourth supplement to the base prospectus, dated December 20, 2024. This document, approved by the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF), concerns the program for admission to trading of Medium-Term Negotiable Securities (TNMT) for a total amount of 1.5 billion euros.

This supplement is mainly due to an adjustment of the issuer's long-term debt ratings. Moody's France SAS revised the CDC rating, lowering it from Aa2 to Aa3, while maintaining a stable outlook. The ratings of Fitch Ratings and S&P Global remain unchanged at AA-, with a negative and stable outlook, respectively.

The document is available on the CDC and AMF websites, giving investors the opportunity to assess its details before investing.
