Dividend of 2.71 euros for Crédit Agricole Nord Est
The General Meeting of the Regional Mutual Agricultural Credit Bank of the North East set the dividend for Cooperative Member Certificates (CCA) at 2.71 euros per share for the 2025 financial year. The decision was taken at the meeting on March 26, 2026.
The cash payment is scheduled for April 2, 2026, and will concern the shares held on that date. The indicative reference price of the CCAs, including the dividend and calculated as of December 31, 2025, was €270.50.
Following the ex-dividend date, the CCA price will be adjusted to 267.79 euros from April 8, 2026. This price will remain in effect until the next valuation, expected after June 30, 2026.
