INDIGO Group Solidifies Brazilian Market Presence with Full Acquisition of INDIGO Brazil
INDIGO Group, an international leader in parking and urban mobility solutions, has completed the acquisition of 100% of INDIGO Brazil. The transaction involved purchasing a 44.39% stake from Patria Infrastructure Fund III, positioning INDIGO Group as the sole owner of the Brazilian subsidiary.
This strategic move underscores the Group's ongoing commitment to Brazil, where it has been active for over 15 years. INDIGO Brazil operates more than 320 parking sites across 24 states, including major cities like São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro.
The acquisition follows the 2022 merger with PareBem, bolstering INDIGO Brazil’s market position. INDIGO Group plans to invest further in the subsidiary's operational and digital evolution, under the leadership of Thiago Piovesan, reinforcing its focus on sustainable urban mobility solutions.
