Reorganization of the EDF Group's Executive Committee

Effective January 1, 2026, EDF is reorganizing its Executive Committee to structure its activities related to new nuclear power. Four departments will now share major responsibilities. The New Nuclear Project Management Department, headed by Xavier Gruz, will be responsible for strategic oversight. Thierry Le Mouroux will supervise the Industrial Projects and Partnerships Department, ensuring the implementation of projects.

For cross-functional engineering missions, Alain Tranzer will head the Nuclear Engineering Department. International nuclear development will remain under the leadership of Xavier Ursat, who will continue to manage strategy, technologies, and innovation. These changes aim to strengthen efficiency and cohesion in the management of EDF's nuclear projects.
