Critical Elements Confirms Mineral Potential in Nemaska Belt
Critical Elements Lithium Corporation has announced promising results from its 2025 summer exploration program on the Nemaska Belt properties in Québec. The program identified multiple mineral zones featuring nickel, copper, cobalt, and platinum group elements (PGE). An electromagnetic VTEM survey helped locate these zones, boosting interest in the region.
The exploration collected 1,091 rock samples, revealing significant results, including copper up to 2% and nickel at 0.76%. Additionally, the survey confirmed historical mineralization and uncovered new prospective areas. The data supports further exploration efforts aimed to define drill targets for potential high-grade deposits.
Critical Elements plans to integrate these findings into a 2026 winter drill campaign, set to expand the Nemaska Belt's mineral footprint and further explore lithium-bearing spodumene and polymetallic deposits like the Rose West Discovery.
