Issuance of OCEANE 2030 by Crypto Blockchain Industries
Crypto Blockchain Industries (CBI) announced the successful issuance of its convertible bonds, OCEANE 2030, dedicated to supporting its ACE strategy. A total of 3,335,214 bonds were issued, raising €1,167,324.90. These figures reflect strong investor confidence in the company's project. The ACE strategy aims to optimize the acquisition and management of crypto-assets.
The impact of this issuance on shareholders' equity is significant. The equity per share decreases from €0.042 to €0.045 on a non-diluted basis. Furthermore, the stake of a shareholder initially holding 1% of the share capital will decrease slightly to 0.989%.
