Samara Asset Group Announces Share Buyback Details
Samara Asset Group plc has disclosed the details of its recent share buyback. Between August 11 and August 15, 2025, the company acquired 3,100 shares as part of this initiative. This follows a notification made on September 2, 2024, in adherence to Article 5 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 and Article 2(1) of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052.
During the specified period, the daily number of shares repurchased and their respective volume-weighted average prices in euros were recorded. A total of 136,150 shares have been repurchased from September 16, 2024, to August 15, 2025. The buyback was executed via the stock exchange by Baader Bank AG.
