Samara Asset Group Executes Share Buyback
Samara Asset Group plc has announced the completion of a share buyback initiative. Between May 26 and May 30, 2025, the company acquired 4,800 shares, as part of their ongoing buyback program initiated in September 2024. This action aligns with Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014. During this period, the volume-weighted average price per share was approximately EUR 2.09.
