CTS EVENTIM Maintains Strong Performance in H1 2025

In the first half of 2025, CTS EVENTIM, Europe's leading ticketing and live entertainment provider, achieved record revenue and adjusted EBITDA in its Ticketing segment. The company reported a 7.6% revenue increase, reaching EUR 1.294 billion, with adjusted EBITDA slightly declining by 0.8% to EUR 200.5 million. The Ticketing segment notably saw a 16.1% revenue growth, highlighting the scalability of CTS EVENTIM's technologies. However, integration processes with See Tickets and France Billet temporarily restrained earnings growth.

The Live Entertainment segment recorded a 3.3% rise in revenue to EUR 894.4 million despite intense cost pressures affecting EBITDA. Key events like the Rock am Ring and Rock im Park festivals, alongside high venue utilization rates, contributed to this robust performance. Looking forward, the Executive Board remains optimistic yet cautious, maintaining its 2025 forecast amidst economic uncertainties.
