Custodian Property Income REIT Initiates Share Buyback

Custodian Property Income REIT plc, trading as CREI on the LSE, announced a recent share buyback. The company acquired 250,000 ordinary shares at 81.2 pence each, amounting to £203,000. This price reflected a 17.6% discount on the dividend-adjusted net asset value. The shares will be held in treasury. This transaction forms part of a previously announced share buyback program, managed independently by Deutsche Bank AG.

Following the purchase, Custodian REIT holds a total of 6,295,732 shares in treasury with 488,817,079 remaining in issuance.
