CYBERGUN: Information on Voting Rights and Share Capital
On March 24, 2026, CALIBRE, also known as CYBERGUN, published information on the total number of voting rights and shares comprising its share capital, in accordance with financial regulations. As of February 28, 2026, it had 33,411,660,678 theoretical and exercisable voting rights, distributed across 33,421,666,247 shares.
Since the beginning of 2026, no new shareholders have joined the ORABSA and BSA program, and only 153 shares could potentially be created from the remaining dilutive instruments (BSAK2A and BSAK2B). CYBERGUN also stated that it no longer has any outstanding financing agreements.
