Dalata Hotel Group Announces AGM Notice

Dalata Hotel Group PLC, recognized as the largest independent four-star hotel operator in the UK and Ireland, with expanding operations in Continental Europe, has announced that the Notice of its 2025 Annual General Meeting is now available. The Notice can be accessed on the company's website and will be available for inspection via the Euronext Dublin and UK National Storage Mechanism.

The Annual General Meeting is set to occur on April 30, 2025, at 11:30 am at the Clayton Hotel Ballsbridge in Dublin. Shareholders are encouraged to attend the meeting in person, though the Notice has also been distributed to those who have opted for postal receipt.

Dalata, which operates under the Clayton and Maldron brands, is planning further expansion, building on its portfolio of 55 hotels and 11,990 rooms, aiming for 21,000 rooms by 2030. In 2024, the Group reported a revenue of €652.2 million, with strong earnings per share.
