Damartex: Financial Year 2025/2026 Review
Damartex recorded sales of €503.5 million for the 2025/2026 financial year, marking a 3.4% decrease compared to the previous year at actual exchange rates. The decline was particularly pronounced due to a difficult second half, impacted by a geopolitical crisis and exceptional weather conditions.
The "Fashion" division saw its revenue decline by 1.6% at actual exchange rates, despite strong store performance and growth in omnichannel channels. The Xandres brand stood out with a 1.2% increase, driven by its expansion in Belgium and the Netherlands.
The "Home & Lifestyle" division experienced a decline of 11.1%, impacted by a deteriorating climate of confidence in Germany. Finally, the "Healthcare" division saw a slight decrease of 0.9%, despite growth at Santéol.
