Damartex's revenue declined over nine months

Damartex reported revenue of €404.7 million for the first nine months of fiscal year 2025/2026, a decrease of 2.9% at real exchange rates. The economic and geopolitical environment, which is weighing on consumer confidence, partly explains this decline.

The "Fashion" division generated €313.3 million, a minor decrease compared to the previous year, although the Xandres brand saw its sales increase by 3.2% during this period. Meanwhile, the "Home & Lifestyle" division experienced a significant decline of 10.3%, primarily due to performance in the UK and Germany.

The healthcare sector remained stable, although disrupted by regulatory delays in France, particularly for Almadia. Damartex continues to closely monitor its Dare.Act.Impact 2026 strategic plan, despite ongoing uncertainty.
