Danone Provides Update on Voting Rights and Shares

Danone, a French Société anonyme, has disclosed information regarding its total number of voting rights and shares as of April 30, 2026. The company, with a capital of €170,348,620.75, is registered in Paris. This update complies with Article L. 233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulation.

Danone reported a total of 681,394,483 shares. The total number of theoretical voting rights is 721,232,064, which includes all shares, even those with suspended voting rights. The number of exercisable voting rights stands at 680,010,543, excluding shares with suspended rights. This transparency ensures proper public information dissemination, following the AMF's recommendation from July 17, 2007.
