Danone: Update on voting rights and shares
Danone, a public limited company with a share capital of €170,348,620.75, has released updated information regarding the total number of voting rights and shares. As of July 31, 2025, Danone had 681,394,483 shares in issue. These shares generate a theoretical total of 721,744,530 voting rights. However, only 684,201,719 voting rights are currently exercisable.
The distinction between the total number of theoretical and exercisable voting rights is explained by the presence of shares without voting rights. These figures are communicated in compliance with legal obligations, in particular the French Commercial Code and the general regulations of the Financial Markets Authority (AMF), thus facilitating transparency towards shareholders and the public.
