Dassault Aviation Reduces Capital by Cancelling Treasury Shares
On March 3, 2026, Dassault Aviation's Board of Directors voted to reduce the company's share capital. This decision involved cancelling 684,288 treasury shares, equivalent to 0.87% of the total share capital. The decision was supported by an authorization obtained at the Combined General Meeting on May 16, 2025.
The capital reduction became effective on March 6, 2026. Following this change, Dassault Aviation's share capital amounts to 62,170,196.80 euros. The capital is now divided into 77,712,746 shares, each valued at 0.80 euro, all fully paid up.
