GIMD exceeds the 2/3 threshold in Dassault Aviation
The Marcel Dassault Industrial Group (GIMD), controlled by the Dassault family, recently crossed the two-thirds threshold of Dassault Aviation's share capital. This acquisition, notified on March 10, 2026, occurred on March 6, 2026, following a capital reduction by Dassault Aviation.
GIMD now holds 52,106,958 shares, representing 67.05% of the share capital and 80.01% of the voting rights. This is broken down into 51,960,760 shares (66.86% of the share capital) and 146,198 treasury shares (0.19% of the share capital).
