On December 8, 2025, Dassault Systèmes published figures relating to its share capital and voting rights, in accordance with the requirements of the AMF (French Financial Markets Authority). As of November 30, 2025, the Group had a total of 1,341,782,567 shares outstanding. The total number of voting rights is 2,013,594,540, including shares without voting rights, in accordance with AMF regulations.
