Dateline Resources Granted Right to Intervene in Legal Case

On July 22, 2026, Dateline Resources Limited announced that the US District Court has allowed the company and its subsidiary, Colosseum Rare Metals Inc, to intervene in a case initiated by the National Parks Conservation Association (NPCA). The proceedings target the US Department of the Interior and related federal entities. This legal development allows Dateline to actively participate and defend its mining activities at the Colosseum Mine in San Bernardino, California.

Earlier this month, the US Department of Justice filed an opposition brief against the NPCA, representing Dateline's interests along with federal parties. Although no trial date has been scheduled, Dateline emphasized its commitment to engage in pending legal motions.
