Artisan Partners exceeds 5% of the capital in DBV Technologies

Delaware-based Artisan Partners Limited Partnership recently crossed a significant threshold in DBV Technologies. On November 4, 2025, the company announced that it had exceeded 5% of DBV Technologies' share capital and voting rights. This milestone, reached on October 29, 2025, was achieved through the acquisition of 14,884,500 shares, representing 8.28% of the company's share capital. This transaction was carried out on behalf of various funds and clients managed by Artisan Partners.

This acquisition marks a strategic step for Artisan Partners, which is increasing its stake in the biopharmaceutical company. DBV Technologies is listed on Euronext Paris and stands out in the sector thanks to its immunotherapy research.
