Through its subsidiaries, the company now holds 28,840,594 shares, representing 9.17% of the share capital, primarily held by JP Morgan Securities LLC and JP Morgan Securities plc.
This decrease resulted from various share-based agreements, including depository receipts and third-party shares. JP Morgan Securities LLC and JP Morgan Prime Inc. reported holding 29,500 and 140,545 shares, respectively, under various share-use agreements. In addition, JP Morgan Securities plc holds 3,385,562 shares resulting from 19 equity swap agreements.
