DBV Technologies: Threshold Movements by JP Morgan Chase & Co.
JP Morgan Chase & Co. recently crossed the thresholds for its stake in DBV Technologies. On August 21, 2026, it increased its stake to 13.73% of the capital, before reducing it to 9.13% three days later.
JP Morgan executed these transactions through its entities, notably JP Morgan Securities LLC, the principal shareholder. They state that this investment is not intended to influence the management of DBV Technologies, nor to gain control. Their business remains focused on providing financing and custody services to their clients.
Finally, JP Morgan is not considering any strategic changes within DBV Technologies, and reaffirms its role as a facilitator of transactions for its clients.
