DBV Technologies raises $50 million through ADS issuance
DBV Technologies announced it has raised $50 million through its At-The-Market (ATM) financing program on the Nasdaq. The biopharmaceutical company will issue new shares in the form of American Depositary Shares (ADSs), each representing five common shares. The transaction is being conducted through Citizens JMP Securities, LLC, with RA Capital Management acting as the lead buyer.
As part of the ATM offering, 18,288,220 new ordinary shares will be issued, resulting in a 5.82% dilution of the existing share capital. The price set by ADS is $13.67, slightly lower than the previous closing price on Euronext Paris. Trading of the new shares on Nasdaq and Euronext Paris is expected to begin on August 3, 2026.
No public offering of ADSs will take place in Europe, as DBV prefers to focus on qualified investors. The company, based in France, continues to develop treatments for food allergies.
