DBV Technologies: Thresholds crossed by JP Morgan
On March 18, 2026, JP Morgan Chase & Co. crossed the 10% threshold of both the share capital and voting rights of DBV Technologies. The 27,912,104 shares held represent 10.03% of the share capital. This crossing is due to an increase in the number of shares held by assimilation. The assets are distributed among the subsidiaries JP Morgan Securities LLC, JP Morgan Securities plc, and JP Morgan Prime Inc.
JP Morgan clarifies that these shares are part of their financing and custody services, with a "right of use." The company is acting as a lender without any intention of controlling or influencing the management of DBV Technologies. It does not plan to seek the appointment of a director.
