DBV Technologies has published information regarding the total number of voting rights and shares comprising its share capital as of February 28, 2026. This transparency exercise is in accordance with Article 223-16 of the General Regulation of the Financial Markets Authority.
As of February 28, 2026, the total number of shares comprising the share capital of DBV Technologies amounts to 278,352,082. The gross total of voting rights also reaches 278,352,082, while the net total of voting rights is slightly lower, at 278,236,200. These variations are due to shares deprived of voting rights.
