Declaration of voting rights at Prismaflex as of November 30, 2025

Prismaflex has published its voting rights declaration for November 30, 2025, in accordance with Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulation. The total number of shares outstanding is 1,360,490. The theoretical voting rights, which include treasury shares, amount to 2,065,703.

Regarding treasury shares, Prismaflex does not hold any registered shares. However, 7,373 bearer shares are held. Consequently, the exercisable voting rights, after deducting shares without voting rights, amount to 2,058,330.
