DELFINGEN: ASCOM completes the acquisition of 7.10% of the capital from the NOBEL fund
On September 30, 2025, ASCOM PARTICIPATION completed the acquisition of 7.10% of DELFINGEN's capital, previously held by the NOBEL fund. This transaction, announced on August 6, 2025, involved 185,000 shares of the company.
The acquisition took place in two stages. The first block, consisting of 92,500 shares, was purchased on August 6, 2025, at a price of €27 per share. The remaining shares were acquired on September 30, 2025, at the same unit price.
Following these transactions, ASCOM PARTICIPATION now holds 13.02% of DELFINGEN's capital. The reporting requirements to the Autorité des Marchés Financiers will be met. The next financial press release is scheduled for November 3, 2025, after the stock market closes.
