Delivery Hero Reaches One Billion Orders in Q3, Raises 2026 Outlook

Delivery Hero SE announced a notable achievement of surpassing one billion orders in Q3 2026. The company experienced significant growth, with Group GMV increasing by 13.6% year-on-year to €13.9 billion. Revenue climbed 22.0% YoY to €4.3 billion. Consequently, Delivery Hero has uplifted its full-year guidance for 2026.

CEO Niklas Östberg attributed this accomplishment to enhanced customer experience strategies, resulting in improved growth and profitability. Quick Commerce emerged as a key growth driver, with its GMV increasing by 39% YoY. The company's Dmarts, contributing substantially to this momentum, saw rapid expansion with close to 90 new openings.

The company's liquidity remained robust, with a €2.6 billion cash balance, while pricing improvements reduced annual interest expenses by an estimated $20 million. Meanwhile, the acceptance period for a takeover offer by Uber remains open until November 5.
