Delivery Hero Announces CEO Succession Plan
Berlin, May 12, 2026 - Delivery Hero SE has announced that CEO Niklas Östberg will step down after a successor is appointed by March 31, 2027. The Supervisory Board will begin the search for a new CEO, anticipating completion by year-end 2026. Until a successor is appointed, Östberg will continue his role, overseeing strategic reviews and M&A processes. The Supervisory and Management Boards fully support his leadership during this transition.
