Delivery Hero SE Approves All Resolutions at 2026 AGM
Delivery Hero SE held its 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) in Berlin, where all proposed resolutions received shareholder approval. The company emphasized the re-election of Supervisory Board members Scott Ferguson and Roger Rabalais, bolstering leadership with financial oversight expertise.
