Delta Plus Group: Mixed 2026 Half-Year Results
Delta Plus Group, a specialist in Personal and Collective Protective Equipment, has published its half-year results for 2026. Revenue increased by 4.6% as reported, reaching €196.4 million, but experienced an organic decline of 4.3%. Gross margin rose by 1.9 percentage points to 57.7%, thanks to the accretive contribution of acquisitions. However, current operating income (EBIT) decreased by 2.3% to €19.6 million, representing 10% of revenue, compared to 10.7% the previous year. Net income amounted to €9.3 million, a decrease of 12.7% compared to 2025.
Debt increased, primarily due to acquisitions. Adjusted working capital requirements stabilized at 129 days of revenue. Delta Plus Group anticipates a gradual improvement in its organic growth trajectory in the second half of the year, despite economic and geopolitical uncertainties. The company is focusing on profitability and integrating recent acquisitions, while controlling costs.
